Pricing
One command centre. Every seat included.
Replace the spreadsheets, the open Companies House tabs and the single-point tools with one system your whole practice works from. Priced per practice by the size of your portfolio, not by the number of people who look after it.
One prevented missed filing — or one advisory report a client pays for — covers the month.

A portfolio size we agree with you
Priced on your portfolio
Tell us how many companies you look after and how your offices are arranged, and we will put a number to it.
- Every seat included
- A rollout plan agreed across your offices
- A named contact and agreed response times
- Terms written to suit your procurement
Every tier is the same product. The size of your portfolio changes the price; it never changes what the software will do for you.
Compare
Everything, in every tier.
No feature in Compliance Cockpit is held back for a bigger agreement. What differs between tiers is the size of the portfolio, and how much of our time comes with it.

Compliance Cockpit prepares filings for someone at your practice to submit — see what that means in practice.
What you are agreeing to
Your data stays yours. The engine recommends; your team approves. Nothing is filed automatically.
That is the deal, and it does not change with the size of the agreement. Compliance Cockpit prepares filings for your practice to submit, and it does not move a statutory register until a person approves the change. Your client list and your workflow tasks export to CSV whenever you want them.
Questions
The ones a partner asks before signing.
- What happens when we go past the portfolio size?
- Nothing switches off. The portfolio size is a commercial measure, not something the software polices — there is no company limit, licence check or seat count anywhere in the product. We look at the number at renewal, and if you have grown past your tier we agree the move to the next one from your next billing date. You are never shut out of a client record you are responsible for because of a counter.
- Do extra seats cost extra?
- No. Every seat is included in every tier — partners, managers, juniors, and the client portal users you invite. The price follows the size of the portfolio you look after, not the number of people looking after it, so nobody has to weigh up whether a colleague is worth a licence before giving them access.
- What is not included?
- Submission, and accounting. Compliance Cockpit prepares a filing — the form, the data, the statutory deadline and the supporting documents — and a person at your practice sends it; there is no code path in the product that transmits a filing to Companies House. It is also not accounts production: it holds no ledger and calculates no statutory accounts or Corporation Tax, so it sits beside that software rather than replacing it. Generated minutes, resolutions and packs are drafts for a qualified person to complete, check and sign, and they are not legal advice.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. Every query is scoped to your practice, and you can export your client list and your workflow tasks to CSV whenever you like without asking us for them. We hold no client money, and we do not sell or share your data.
- What is the notice period?
- On a rolling monthly agreement, 30 days in writing, at any point. An annual agreement runs to the end of its term and can be stopped from renewing with the same 30 days. Enterprise notice is whatever we agree and write into the contract. There is no exit fee and no charge for getting your data out.
- Can we see it against our own portfolio first?
- Yes. Half an hour, no slides, no card — and we will show you the parts that do not work yet as well as the parts that do. If you want, we will use your own client data rather than our demo companies.
A portfolio that does not fit a box?
Tell us how many companies you look after, how your offices are arranged, and what your procurement team needs to see. We will come back with a number and terms, not a brochure.
